Creating a Killer Ab Workout is just the first step to getting those 6-Pack Abs

Creating a set of killer abs is more than just doing a few sets of Ab specific exercises. Doing sit-ups and crunches will strengthen your abdominals but they will do nothing to burn the fat that hides them. There is no specific Ab exercise that will burn the fat off of your stomach.

1. Diet - Your diet is the cornerstone to how your body will look and feel. If you give your body the nutrition it needs it will respond in kind. 2. Core Strengthening - Your core is your main muscle groups. These include your abs, back and legs. By exercising all these muscle groups you will not only get stronger but you will also burn more calories resulting in greater fat loss. The more you work your major muscle groups such as your legs and back the more calories you will burn.

3. Aerobic/Cardio - If you want to see that 6-pack you have to get rid of the fat. If you ad cardio training to the two components suggested above you will burn calories at an even greater level. Start with something easy like going for walks or bike rides around the neighborhood. If you make it fun and enjoyable you will make better gains.
